Local Perks FAQs

To access Local Perks, simply log into your Hospitality Rewards app and navigate to the Local Perks section. Here, you can browse through the available discounts and promotions at participating venues.
A wide range of local venues participate in Local Perks, including bars, pubs, cafes, restaurants, hotels, and more. The app provides a list of these venues, along with the specific discounts or offers they provide.

There are several ways to redeem your Local Perk, depending on the venue:

  • QR Code: Scan the QR code at the venue.
  • Membership Card: Present your Digital Hospitality Rewards membership card.
  • Unique Code: Input or show the unique discount code provided for that venue.
  • Verification: Some venues may simply ask you to let them know you're a member of Hospitality Rewards.

If a venue doesn’t provide a QR code or membership card option, ask the staff for the unique discount code for that venue or simply inform them that you’re a member of Hospitality Rewards. Each venue will have its own redemption method.

If you encounter an issue with a perk not working or the code being invalid:

1. Double-check the code and try again.

2. Ensure that the venue is participating in the Hospitality Rewards program.

3. If the issue persists, please contact support or report the problem via the app’s “Report an Issue” function.

Local Perks are typically available only to verified hospitality workers. However, if you wish to share your experiences or recommend a venue to a friend, feel free to spread the word! Just ensure that they are eligible for the program (i.e., they work in the hospitality industry).

If you have trouble redeeming a perk, first verify that you’re logged into the app and that you’re at a participating venue. If the issue persists:

  • Contact the venue staff to ensure they accept Hospitality Rewards.
  • If you’re still experiencing difficulties, report the issue via the app or assign a task to Maddy Hill or Alex Brown in HubSpot for further investigation.

No, there are no additional fees to access or redeem Local Perks. The discounts provided are completely free to eligible Hospitality Rewards members.

Discount Codes FAQs

To use a discount code:

1. Browse the available offers in the Discount Code section of the app.

2. Copy the code or click the provided link.

3. If it's a code, go to the supplier’s checkout page and paste the code in the designated field.

4. If it’s a link, simply click it, and you'll be redirected to the supplier's website with the discount pre-applied.

Generally, only one discount code can be used per transaction unless otherwise specified. Please review the terms of each offer for more details.

If the code isn’t working:

1. Double-check the spelling and format of the code.

2. Make sure you’ve followed the terms of the discount (e.g., minimum purchase, applicable products).

3. If it still doesn’t work, please report the issue by getting in touch with our customer service department.

Most of our discount codes are valid for online purchases only. However, some codes may be valid for in-store use as well. Check the offer details for any specific instructions regarding in-store use.

Each discount code has its own expiration date, which will be listed in the offer details. Be sure to use the code before it expires to ensure you get your savings!

Cinema Tickets FAQs

To access cinema ticket discounts, simply log in to your Hospitality Rewards app, go to the Cinema Tickets section, and browse available offers. You’ll find exclusive discounts for major cinema chains. Select the offer you’d like and follow the instructions to claim your ticket.

Members can save up to 50% on movie tickets at participating cinema chains. The exact discount will depend on the cinema and movie time, but you’ll always enjoy significant savings compared to regular ticket prices.

Cinema ticket discounts are available for most movies, but certain restrictions may apply based on the cinema chain or movie release. Check the details for each offer to see any exclusions or limitations.

After selecting an offer in the Cinema Tickets section of the app, you’ll receive a unique code or QR code. Simply present this code at the cinema's ticket counter or use it during online booking, depending on the cinema’s process.

Gym Discounts FAQs

You can access exclusive gym discounts by navigating to the Gym Discounts section in the app. Once there, you'll find a list of participating gyms, studios, and sports clubs where you can redeem savings of up to 25%. Select the gym that suits your needs, and follow the prompts to either join online, redeem a voucher, or claim a 7-day free pass.

There are two primary ways to redeem a discount:

· Join Online: Click the "Join Online" button on the gym's page within the app, which will redirect you to the gym's registration page where the discount will be applied automatically.

· Voucher: If the gym offers a voucher, click the "Redeem Voucher" option in the app, and the voucher will be generated for you to present at the gym (online or in-person).

· 7-Day Free Pass: For gyms offering a trial, simply click the "Claim Free Pass" button to activate your one-week trial.

No, the discounts are only available at participating gyms, fitness centers, and sports clubs. You can filter locations by your area or preferred type of fitness facility in the app. The program covers over 3,700 locations, so you’re likely to find a suitable option near you!

Not all gyms offer a free trial pass, but many do. You can find out which gyms offer a free pass by looking in the app. When available, simply click to claim and follow the instructions on how to use your 7-day pass at the gym.

Generally, the Gym Discounts program cannot be combined with other offers or promotions. However, some gyms may offer their own ongoing promotions that could apply alongside your membership discount. Be sure to check the specific terms of each gym in the app to see if any other offers apply.

Shopping Voucher FAQs

To purchase a shopping voucher, simply navigate to the Shopping Vouchers section on the app. From there, you can browse the available retailers and choose the voucher type (physical card or e-card). Once selected, choose the amount, and complete the transaction through the app’s secure payment gateway.

We currently offer discounted vouchers for over 60 major retailers, including popular stores like Costa, M&S, ASOS, and more. The full list of participating retailers can be viewed directly in the Shopping Vouchers section of the app.

Yes! Most vouchers can be used both online and in-store, though some retailers may have specific usage restrictions. Please check the terms and conditions for each retailer before making your purchase to ensure the voucher works for your intended use.

Absolutely! You can send e-cards directly to friends or family as gifts. When purchasing a voucher, simply choose the Send as Gift option and enter the recipient's details (name, email, and message). Physical vouchers can be delivered to the address you provide during checkout.

You can save up to 17% on your purchases when using these vouchers, depending on the retailer. Each retailer’s discount rate is displayed in the app, so you can easily compare options before making a purchase.

To redeem your voucher, simply present your physical card at checkout or input the voucher code (for e-cards) on the retailer’s website during the payment process. The discount will be applied to your total automatically.

If you encounter any issues with a voucher code not working, please check the following:

· Ensure the code hasn’t expired.

E-cards are typically delivered instantly or within a few minutes of purchase, depending on your payment method. Physical vouchers may take 5-7 business days to be delivered, depending on the shipping option you select.

Cashback Card FAQs

I’m sorry to hear you haven’t received your cashback card yet. There could be a few reasons for the delay. First, please double-check that all your information is correct, as any inaccuracies might prevent processing. Additionally, completing the KYC (Know Your Customer) check is required, and you should have received follow-up emails with instructions on this. If you need further assistance, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to help!

To register for a cashback card, simply go to the "Cashback Card" section in our app, fill in all the relevant details, and you'll receive an email with the next steps!

You will need to follow the instructions in the email by logging into your account and clicking on ‘card details’.

You can add your cashback card via the Pluxee app in a few simple steps.

Apple

1) Login to your account, select the 'Card' option and copy your card details.

2) Select 'settings' and then the 'Set up Apple pay' button and enter your card details. For more info, please see here.

3) Your virtual Cashback card is now active and available in your mobile wallet. 

4) Use your digital card online or in-store to earn Cashback with our retail partners.

Android

1) Login to your account, select the 'Card' option and copy your card details.

Unfortunately, not. You will receive an email with your username and a prompt to set your password. Once you've set your password, you can log in to view your card details. These details can be copied for online purchases or added to your Google Pay or Apple Pay digital wallets for easy use.

You can use your Card at any merchant that accepts Visa Prepaid, with the exception of limited acceptance merchants within the EU/EEA that do not accept prepaid cards. Additionally, once your Card is added to your digital wallet, you can enjoy the convenience of Google Pay and Apple Pay for all in-store purchases at locations where your Card is accepted.

There are a few card restrictions such as gambling and adult websites.

Yes, the card can be used at any online retailer that accepts Visa.

No, there are no credit checks. We may use personal information provided by you to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks. Personal Information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information.

At the point of registration, Pluxee perform an anti-fraudulent check, which verifies your personal information against the electoral roll, telephone directory, credit lists/active lenders, directors listing, CCJ's and mortality databases. Unfortunately, if your details do not match one of these during the validation process, we are unable to issue you with a card, and you will need to call us to complete your registration. Details of what to do next are outlined in the follow up email.

Yes, you can use your card anywhere that Visa prepaid cards are accepted, however a 2.5% foreign exchange fee will apply.

The Pluxee app is very responsive, allowing you to log on and check your balance quickly and easily for convenience.

After receiving, activating and topping up your card with funds you will be able to start spending online or in-store at our retail partners to accumulate cashback. Our retail partners offer you specific savings when you use your card with them. You can view your cashback on your online account. When you next top up anything you have earned previously is automatically credited to your account. It usually takes about 5 - 7 days for your purchases to be processed so please don't worry if not all of your cashback appears immediately after you have spent. Sainsbury's is the only exception to this due to their process for calculating cashback, meaning the credit can take 3 - 4 weeks to process.

You can monitor your monthly and yearly cashback on your online account or on the app. Each time you top up, any cashback you have earned will be added to your card's balance.

No, unfortunately you only qualify for cashback at UK stores.

No. You also do not earn cashback on non-petrol items purchased at petrol stations.

Occasionally we change cashback rates and offer special short term offers which are advertised on the website and app. With regards to retailers, they may occasionally change, however we always aim to offer a comprehensive range of outlets where you can earn savings.

Some retailers also have exclusions - a full list can be found on the website under Retailer Exclusions.

Cashback that this card offers will only be paid whist you are eligible and therefore will be lost if you become un-eligible for the programme.

Yes, all other retailer loyalty schemes and offers can be used alongside your card for Cashback.

You can do this online or via the app, as an instant top-up from a debit card. There is no charge to top up. There is also the option to set up a monthly load on a monthly date of your choice via the website.

Have you: -

•    recently changed address. If so, please update this on your online account or send an email to us to amend on your behalf.

•    registered with 3D secure or verified by Visa? If not, please speak to your bank.

For monthly top ups please ensure that the debit card registered is still correct and has not expired. To update these details please visit the top up tab and select the monthly top up option.

If the funds have been reserved by your bank and your payment has failed, this should automatically be released back into your account within 3 to 5 working days depending on your bank.
