Hospitality Rewards provide members with access to a free 24/7, 365 member assistance programme giving them confidential counselling, legal and financial advice and support. The service is paid for by Hospitality Rewards and is provided by a professional organisation, Health Assured.

Whatever our age, background or role in life, from time to time we all have problems –whether personal, family, or work-related. Talking to a counsellor or an advisor can help us understand a problem, try a different approach or just learn how to cope with a situation that we can’t change. Our aim is to help you find your own solution to whatever is worrying you. We understand the particular stresses that affect people working in hospitality: hotels, restaurants, bars, pubs, cafes, tourism and leisure venues.

This is a confidential and anonymous service provided by an independent organisation. No personal or identifying information is communicated to Hospitality Rewards.

Emotional Support
When calling Health Assured you can share a problem with someone who listens to you with care before getting actionable advice. This can be in the form of counselling, helping you to work through your problems with a fully qualified counsellor, or speaking to one of our legal or financial specialists.
