Built in the mid-19th century, The Plumbers Arms is known for its infamous links to Lord Lucan who murdered his family’s nanny in 1974 and has been missing ever since. On this evening of 7th November 1974, Lady Lucan’s first port of call through fear of her own life was our pub after witnessing the murder.
