The Pump House was originally built in 1870 with its first-of-a-kind hydraulic pumping system added to the historic docks to provide a power supply. Situated in the heart of a World Heritage Site the tower still stands as an unmissable landmark in Liverpool, and 1984 it became the pub we know today.
