Restaurant Roots is a relaxed, intimate, tasting menu restaurant situated in Southbourne, just around the corner from the beautiful South coast sandy beaches. The food at Roots is very much flavour focused.
Dishes are simple, with sometimes unusual flavour combinations, to best showcase the beautiful ingredients we have around us. Since opening in 2015, we have received several awards including a recommendation from the Michelin guide, 2 AA rosettes, and rated as one of the best restaurants in Dorset in the Good Food Guide.
