1.1 Membership to HOSPITALITY REWARDS (“HOSPITALITY REWARDS Member”) gives access to offers listed on the HOSPITALITY REWARDS app and the Website.

1.2 By registering for membership you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1.3 HOSPITALITY REWARDS membership is an ongoing subscription service and will automatically renew at the end of your initial membership term at the stated price at the time of contract or registration. Employer companies can cancel membership in accordance with their business contract otherwise membership will continue to renew towards the end of each subsequent 12 month term. Individual memberships can be cancelled anytime. Automatic renewal applies to all business contracts, and for individually purchased memberships where you have provided us with payment details.

If your membership has been granted by your employer then no subscription will be required. However, your HOSPITALITY REWARDS membership is conditional on your ongoing employment with your company.

1.4 We reserve the right to refuse to accept any registration to become a HOSPITALITY REWARDS Member for any reason.

1.5 To become a HOSPITALITY REWARDS Member, you will need to register and subscribe to a membership to HOSPITALITY REWARDS through the HOSPITALITY REWARDS Website (https://hospitalityrewards.co.uk/) or App (android and iPhone). If your employer has joined you to HOSPITALITY REWARDS, you will register via a specific registration page or will be automatically registerred. The Individual membership fee (payable annually or monthly) will be debited from your account. Your membership will automatically renew each period unless cancelled at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for the renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. Employer memberships will be paid inaccordance with their contract.

1.6 Subject to clause 7.3 below, the price of membership of HOSPITALITY REWARDS will be as quoted on our site from time to time.

1.7 Prices include VAT.

1.8 Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect memberships in respect of which we have already sent you confirmation.

1.9 Payment must be by credit or debit card, PayPal, direct debit, BACS or by such other method as we may agree from time to time. 

1.10 For individual memberships, you have the right to cancel your initial registration of membership with us within 14 days of your original purchase. This does not apply to subsequent renewals, which can be cancelled in accordance with clause 1.6 below. From time to time certain promotions may have different requirements regarding the cancellation period. Specific cancellation policies will be detailed throughout the purchase process.

1.11 For individual memberships, to cancel your membership, please complete the cancellation form. Upon cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email; it is recommended that this is kept for your own personal records.

1.12 For individual memberships, If you cancel your membership within the 14 day cooling off period, you will be entitled to a refund of your membership fee where applicable. Subject to any other statutory rights you may have, we do not provide refunds of the membership subscription for any cancellations after the expiry of the cooling off period. Where an employer company has granted you access to HOSPITALITY REWARDS no refund will be made available.

1.13 Memberships are non-transferrable. HOSPITALITY REWARDS reserves the right to cancel your membership and remove your access to HOSPITALITY REWARDS within the duration of your membership.

1.14 You acknowledge and accept that all benefits, offers and rewards made available by participating businesses via our Website and App are provided at the sole discretion of the participating business and we have no liability with respect to such benefit. We hereby disclaim all liability in connection with any benefits, offers and rewards made available by participating employers via our Website and App. Please confirm the availability of such benefits, offers and rewards directly with the relevant participating business.

1.15 Once your registration is complete, you will become a HOSPITALITY REWARDS Member and the entire contract constituting your contract with us shall comprise: (i) these HOSPITALITY REWARDS Member Terms and Conditions; (ii) the HOSPITALITY REWARDS Member registration form; and (iii) the Privacy Policy set out on hospitalityrewards.co.uk (together, the “Agreement“). The terms of this Agreement supersede all previous communications, contracts, proposals or terms between us. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between any of the terms in the Agreement, the order of priority for interpretation shall be the order given in this paragraph.

1.16 We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time by uploading the amended terms and conditions on our Website and App. However, please note that you will be subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time that you ordered a membership from us, unless any change to these terms and conditions is required to be made by law or governmental authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you).

2.1 We will process the personal data listed in the HOSPITALITY REWARDS Member registration form and any further personal data we may receive from time to time for the purpose of fulfilling our contract with you and making you aware of the various benefits we offer to HOSPITALITY REWARDS as laid out in our privacy policy. If you apply to become a HOSPITALITY REWARDS Member, you agree that we may use third parties to assist in the provision of our services on our behalf and you agree that we may pass your personal data to such third parties for the aforementioned purpose.

2.2 You hereby warrant, undertake and represent that you are 18 years of age or older. You agree that you shall at all times comply with the terms of the Agreement.

3.1 Although we endeavour to ensure the high quality and accuracy of the Website, App and HOSPITALITY REWARDS Content, HOSPITALITY REWARDS makes no warranty, express or implied concerning HOSPITALITY REWARDS Content, the Website, the App or any software that are made available through the Website (the ” Services”), which are provided “as is”. HOSPITALITY REWARDS expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to

warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and warranties of merchantability. In no event will HOSPITALITY REWARDS, its affiliates, agents, suppliers or licensors be liable for indirect, special, incidental, and/or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information or other pecuniary loss) that may arise directly or indirectly from the use of (or failure to use) or reliance on the Services, even if HOSPITALITY REWARDS has been advised of the possibility that such damages may arise. HOSPITALITY REWARDS does not guarantee the accuracy, content, or timeliness of the Services or that they are free from viruses or other contaminating or destructive properties.

3.2 Our total liability to you in connection with this Agreement and your use of the Website and App (whether under contract, negligence or other tort or other breach of duty) will not in any event or circumstances exceed the greater of £100 or any sum that you may have paid to us in the preceding membership period. In no event shall we be liable for any loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, loss of data or loss of reputation or for any indirect, consequential or special loss, damage, liability, cost or expense.

3.3 Nothing in these terms and conditions affects any your statutory rights if you are a consumer, or any liability that may not be lawfully excluded or limited.

4.1 The contents and design of the Website, App and any material e-mailed to you or otherwise supplied to you in conjunction with the Website and App (such contents, design and materials being collectively referred to as the “HOSPITALITY REWARDS Content”), is copyright of HOSPITALITY REWARDS Ltd “HOSPITALITY REWARDS”) and its licensors. You may not use or reproduce or allow anyone to use or reproduce any trade marks (such as “HOSPITALITY REWARDS” and logo or other trade names appearing on the Website and App) for any reason without written permission from HOSPITALITY REWARDS.

4.2 You may retrieve and display HOSPITALITY REWARDS Content from the Website and App on a computer screen or mobile device, print individual pages on paper (but not photocopy them) and store such pages in electronic form on your computer or mobile device for your personal, non-commercial use. You may use HOSPITALITY REWARDS Content, for your personal, non-commercial use. Except as expressly permitted above, you may not reproduce, modify or in any way commercially exploit any HOSPITALITY REWARDS Content. In particular you may not do any of the following without prior written permission from HOSPITALITY REWARDS Ltd.

4.2.1 reproduce or store in or transmit to any other Website, mailing list, electronic bulletin board, server or other storage device connected to a network; or

4.2.2 modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display, or in any way exploit all or any part of the HOSPITALITY REWARDS Content (including as part of any library, archive or similar service) without the prior written consent of HOSPITALITY REWARDS; or

4.2.3 remove the copyright or trademark notice from any copies of HOSPITALITY REWARDS Content made under these Terms.

5.1 For the purposes of these terms and conditions, written notice includes emails to the email address you have given or to the email address of our user services given above.

5.2 HOSPITALITY REWARDS may, in its discretion, terminate or suspend your access to and/or use of all or part of the Website and App (including any HOSPITALITY REWARDS Content) with or without cause by delivering notice to you. These rights of termination are in addition to all other rights and remedies available to HOSPITALITY REWARDS Hospitality under these Terms or by law

5.3 We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. If you do not wish to accept the new terms and conditions, please do not use the HOSPITALITY REWARDS Website or App

5.4 These terms and conditions are governed by English law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

5.5 No party who is not a party to this Agreement may enforce any term of this Agreement.

5.6 No right or other provision in this Agreement shall be waived unless expressly stated to be a waiver and made in writing.

5.7 This Agreement is personal to You. You may not assign, novate or otherwise transfer or purport to assign, novate or otherwise transfer your use of this Agreement to another person. We may cancel your use of the Website and App and this Agreement if we become aware of any breach of this provision.

5.8 You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship exists between you and us. If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid or enforceable, then the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be struck out and will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in effect.

6.1 Weekly Giveaways competition are run by HOSPITALITY REWARDS Ltd.

6.2 The Giveaways are open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of HOSPITALITY REWARDS, their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.

6.3 There is no entry fee to enter HOSPITALITY REWARDS Giveaways.

6.4 To be entered into the Giveaway, you must be a registered member of HOSPITALITY REWARDS.

6.5 By entering the giveaway, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

6.6 Giveaways are weekly, with a new prize drawn every week.

6.7 Closing date for entry each week will be Sunday 11:59 pm BST. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted. You must be registered as a HOSPITALITY REWARDS member by this point.

6.8 HOSPITALITY REWARDS reserves the right to cancel or amend the Giveaways and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible.

6.9 HOSPITALITY REWARDS is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

6.10 Each Giveaway prize is provided by a third party. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability.

6.12 The winner will be notified every Tuesday. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 72 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

6.13 By entering the Giveaways, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

6.14 The Giveaways and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

6.15 The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will only be disclosed with a third party to ensure the delivery of the prize. By sharing their address, the winners agree to these terms.
